The Wellington Steak and Martini Lounge is a contemporary and intimate supper club located in the space formerly occupied by the Blue Lotus Lounge, adjacent to The Red Door Restaurant and Wine Bar.
The kitchen is under the direction of Executive Chef Partner Brian Johnston, who maintains his role as Executive Chef of The Red Door. Johnston studied in France at La Varenne Ecole de Cuisine and was formerly executive chef at the Star of the Sea Room and chef de cuisine at El Bizcocho. Johnston's resume also includes culinary experience at Top O' the Cove and Mille Fleurs.
Chef Brian’s menu features his exquisite sauces as a compliment to traditional steaks, chops, fish and his signature dish, beef Wellington.
