The Wellington is an intimate supper club in Mission Hills with a menu full of responsibly-grown ingredients and an emphasis on steak. Pair that with a craft cocktail--the Wellington is known around town for shaking a fabulous martini. And, yes, they are famous for beef Wellington which you may now order in advance to bake at home.
Chef Karrie Hills' approach to modern steak house cuisine pays tribute to the local artisans, responsible ranchers and hard-working farmers. Owners Trish and Tom Watlington maintain a seasonal garden full of produce for the Wellington and sister restaurant The Red Door. Definitely make reservations in advance as the restaurant is on the small side.
